Description:About the product The dye is water-soluble with a high concentration of coloring pigment. The thick consistency allows it to color well the main confectionery semi-finished products (jelly, mousse, cream, dough, mastic and others) throughout the mass without changing their consistency. It has no taste and aroma, thanks to which it retains the original taste properties of the coloring product. Recommended dosage: 2-3 drops (0.1-0.15 g) per 100 grams of stained mass. Sold in a tube of 100 grams. Method of application: before use, pierce the seal of the tube, it is not recommended to cut it off. Compound: Water, food coloring (E171), sugar, thickeners (glycerin, xanthan gum, gum arabic), carrier (E1422), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (E202, E211).
